The Parc Chateau

The c. 1930 photograph comes from an advertisement for the Parc Chateau Apartments at 84-09 Talbot Street. Owned by one, Herman Schroeder, it offered units as large as 7 rooms and 2 baths. Like Kew Hall, the Kew Terrace, and Windsor Court Apartments, the Parc Chateau was built around a garden courtyard.
