Abingdon Road

This picture postcard from Kew Gardens' early days is said to show the residences of E.J. Higgins, S. Marcus, and J. Kooser. In this 1915 picture, the photographer is standing near Beverly Road and Brevoort Street pointing his camera to the south across an open field that is today occupied by homes. Only the house on the far right has survived. We have seen these three houses before, but from a different angle.
