"The policy of the owners [i.e., the Kew Gardens Corporation] was to render Kew Gardens unique, and by the preservation of its natural beauty, the imposition of salutary restrictions, the supervision of all proposed plans of building and the maintenance of high standards of landscape architecture to render it the most attractive residential section of the City."
This home is located on Grenfell Street at the intersection of 82nd Avenue.
