"This photo was taken on April 2, 2004.  [W]e were able to spend an evening in friendships revisited.  Some of us were in touch and seeing each other all these many, many years but the 5 of us all together had not seen each other in anywhere from 36-42 years.  We reconnected thanks to postings on the Old Kew Gardens site.  Many of us began e-mailing and then planned this get-together when I was in Kew Gardens visiting my mother.  It was a magical night and we all felt like "girls" again.  I think we all felt the natural high of reconnecting with childhood friends and sharing the remembrances of happy childhoods and good times together."
